Hot Start: SIUE's Alina Munteanu is 3-0 in No. 1 singles this season. She has a combined doubles and singles record of 5-1, pairing up with Nicole Gomez for the Cougars in No. 3 doubles.

Double Trouble: The Cougars have found success in doubles play early on. SIUE's No. 1 doubles team of Lara Tupper and Ann-Christine Link are 2-1. Maria Thibault and Callaghan Adams are 2-1 for the Cougars in the No. 2 doubles spot.

Scouting the Bulldogs: Drake has won two-straight matches headed into the clash with the Cougars, after defeating South Dakota 4-2 and Augustana (South Dakota) 4-1 last weekend. Drake's No. 1 doubles team of Kenya Williams and Liza Petushkova are 3-0 this season. The Bulldogs won a share of the 2018 Missouri Valley Conference regular season title.

Scouting the Panthers: Northern Iowa is coming off a 5-2 win over North Dakota. The Panthers duo of Reghan Lynch and Claudia Toledo are 1-1 in No. 1 doubles. Chris Sagers is in his fifth season as Head Coach at Northern Iowa.
