Lexi Aranda and Morgan Steffes also recorded singles wins from the No. 1 and No. 4 positions, respectively.

SIUE travels to Charleston, Illinois, Wednesday for a 1 p.m. matchup against Eastern Illinois before returning home for senior day Saturday.

"This next week is important for us, including senior day," said Mueller. "We would not be where we are without our seniors. We are taking positive steps towards our ultimate goal. I know our team will be ready for Wednesday's match."
