2017 Outdoor: Advanced to the NCAA West Preliminarfies after breaking his own school record in the 10,000 with a time of 29:34.93 at the Raleigh Relays ... Became the first person in school history to break 30-minute barrier in the 10,000 outdoors ... Placed 40th in a field of 48 at the NCAA West Prelims in Austin, Texas, in a time of 31:45.92 ... Set school record in the 5,000 with a mark of 14:31.78 at the Illinois Twilight ... Ran the 1,500 for the first time in competition, placing second at the Gateway Classic in 3:59.79.

2017 Indoor: Broke his first SIUE indoor track and field record at Indiana Relays in the 5,000m with a mark of 14:24.73 … finished 2nd in the event…  Broke second school record at Indiana Relays in 3,000m with a time of 8:23.40… Broke own 5,000m school record and jumped into nation’s top 25 at the GVSU Big Meet with a time of 14 minutes, 17.95 seconds… Earned OVC Male Track Athlete of the Week twice this season…  Placed 2nd in 5,000m at the OVC Indoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 14:21.64… Broke own 3,000m school record at the OVC Championships with a time of 8:20.46

2016 Outdoor: Set the school record in the 10K at 30:21.76 at the SIUE-SIUC Dual meet... finished second at the OVC Championships in the 10K... finished in first place at the Wash U Invitational in the 10K... 

2016 Indoor: Recorded a second-place finish in the 5K at the OVC Championships... Finished in sixth in the 3K at the OVC Championships... Recorded two first-place finishes at the GVSU Big Meet and the Early Bird Invitational in the 3K... ran personal bests in the 3K and 5K.

2015 Outdoor: Ran personal bests in the 5K and the 3K Steeplechase while running the 1500 meters for the first time... finished fifth in the OVC Championship in the Steeplechase and the 5K.

2015 Indoor: Bested previous personal bests in the 3K and 5K... Ran the mile for the first time, recording a second-place finish at the Prin Relays 1/30... Finished seventh at the OVC Championship in the 3K... Finished second at the OVC Championship in the 5K.

2014 Outdoor: Notched a personal-best time of 9:04.34 in the 3,000-meter run at the Memphis Invitational, en route to a fourth place finish … Registered a personal-best time of 9:41.65 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Ohio Valley Conference Outdoor Championships, finishing sixth … Claimed a fifth-place finish in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the SIUE Gateway Invite  … Recorded a personal-best mark of 15:32.08 in the 5,000-meter run at the OVC Outdoor Championships.

2014 Indoor:  Recorded a personal-best mark of 9:00.93 in the 3,000-meter run at the Ohio Valley Conference Indoor Championships in Nashville, Tenn., ultimately finishing 16th … Notched a fourth place finish in the 5,000-meter run at the SEMO vs. SIUE meet, posting a personal-best time of 15:42.75 … Helped his distance medley relay squad claim a fifth place finish at the OVC Indoor Championships.

2016: Broke 10K school record in the final race of his collegiate cross country career in 30:50.4 at the NCAA Regionals, breaking the record he set last season ... Named All-Region with a 22nd place finish at the NCAA Regional in Iowa City, Iowa ... All-Conference finisher with fifth place at the Ohio Valley Conference Championships in 8K time of 24:51.6 ... Holds three of the top five 10K marks all-time at SIUE ... Ran the second-fastest 8K time in school history (he set record in 2015) at the Bradley Pink Classic ... Holds five of the top seven 8K times in school history and eight of the top 16 ... Two-time champion during the season with wins at the Country Financial ISU Invite in Bloomington, Illinois, and the SIUE John Flamer Invitational with both events going 8K ... Runner-up at the EIU Walt Crawford Open.

2015: Broke both previous PRs from his sophomore season by 25+ seconds... Set the SIUE record in both the 8K and the 10K, surpassing teammate Clint Kliem... Broke the 8K record at the Bradley Pink Classic, finishing in 24:32.2... Broke the 10K record at the Midwest Regional in Peoria, Illinois, in 30:55.0... Recorded three top-five finishes and four top-ten finishes on the year, including a fifth place finish at the OVC Championships earning him a spot on the all-OVC team... Best finish of the year was at the SIUE John Flamer Invite where he finished second. 

2014: Shattered previous PRs in breakout sophomore season... Ran his 8K PR at the Ohio Valley Conference championships, placing him third on the all-time list at SIUE... Named an All-OVC runner after his 13th place finish at the OVC championships... Ran a PR of 31:39.2 at the NCAA Regionals, placing him third all-time in the 10K at SIUE... His time of 25:12.1 places him 14th all-time... Posted two top-ten finishes with a fourth place finish at the SIUE Cross Country Challenge and a fifth place finish at John Flamer Invitational.

2013: Set 8K personal best at the Bradley "Pink" Classic in 25:59 ... Made his career first top 10 finish at the SIUE John Flamer Invite, helping the Cougars to the team title at the event ... Finished 137th at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a 10K PR of 33:00.9, the sixth fastest 10K by an SIUE freshman in school history ... Placed 31st in first OVC Championships in 26:07.17.

Prep: Attended Bloomington High School, and will join the distance team at SIUE and will also compete in cross country...Impressed at the 2013 IHSA State Track & Field Championships, where he finished sixth in the 3,200 meter run and ninth in the 1,600 meter run...He also finished third in the 3,200 meter run at the 2013 Indoor Illinois Top Times meet.
