Golf Travels to Eastern Kentucky

EDWARDSVILLE, Ill. – SIUE golf returns to Richmond, Kentucky, for the Eastern Kentucky Intercollegiate sponsored by Raising Cane's.

The Cougars are in the event for the second consecutive year. Last year SIUE was seventh as a team while Conor Dore and Kyle Slattery tied for 12th individually.

The tournament takes place at the University Club at Arlington. The course plays at 6,623 yards and will be a par 70. Teams will play 36 holes Saturday before finishing with a round of 18 holes Sunday.

SIUE is part of a 15-team field which also includes host EKU and four other Ohio Valley Conference opponents, Eastern Illinois, Morehead State, Murray State and UT Martin. The rest of the field is comprised of Cleveland State, California Baptist, DePaul, Eastern Michigan, Evansville, Longwood, Marshall, Northern Kentucky and Ohio.

All eight SIUE golfers will participate in the tournament. The Cougars' lineup:
