"What an amazing day for Senior Day. Murray State played very well today, and we had to raise our level to win," said Head Coach Nick Mueller. "I couldn't be happier for Lexi and Mia, what tremendous careers. They both have left their mark at SIUE, and that is very special. We also had a very nice crowd out today. The local community has been very supportive. A special thanks to these two seniors for all they have done over the last four years."
Next week, the Cougars head back on the road to play against UT Martin on Friday and Southeast Missouri on Saturday. The UT Martin match will take place at Martin, Tennessee, at 2 p.m.
