SIUE Women's Tennis Faces Jacksonville State

SIUE vs. Jacksonville State

JACKSONVILLE, Ala. – SIUE women's tennis continues play on the road as it travels to Jacksonville State for an Ohio Valley Conference showdown Saturday. The Cougars will be facing off against the Gamecocks at 10 a.m. CDT.

The SIUE women's tennis squad is 10-0 this season, the best record in the OVC, leading into their match against the Gamecocks. Jacksonville State is 3-8 overall in its spring season.

The No. 1 doubles pair of Mia Frogner and Tiffany Hollebeck remain undefeated in action with a record of 9-0 going into the weekend. The No. 2 duo of Lexi Aranda and Morgan Steffes also are 7-0 in doubles play for this season.

In singles play, Freshman Hollebeck is on a seven-match winning streak at the No. 4 singles spot, and No. 3 Junior Morgan Steffes is 8-2.
