Cougars Head to ITA Regionals

EDWARDSVILLE, Ill. – SIUE women's tennis heads to Minneapolis, Minnesota, for the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Central Regionals.

SIUE Head Coach Nick Mueller said Callaghan Adams, Lexi Aranda, Tiffany Hollebeck and Ann-Christine Link will represent the Cougars.

Adams and Hollebeck, both freshmen, will be paired as a doubles team.

"They need the experience more," said Mueller.

The tournament runs Thursday through Sunday. Each singles player is expected to receive at least two to three matches during the event.

"I think the experience they will get in this atmosphere will be very beneficial," said Mueller.

Thursday, Oct. 13, 6 p.m. – Link (SIUE) vs. Camila Vargas Gomez (Minnesota)
