Cougars Finish Fifth at Green Bay Fall Invitational

GREEN BAY, Wis. – The SIUE women's golf team leap-frogged a pair of teams Tuesday to move from seventh to fifth out of 10 teams competing at the Green Bay Fall Invitational. SIUE had a combined score of 653 for the tournament.

Butler walked away with the team title.

Senior Courtney Lovegreen and junior Brooke Hood tied for 16^th to lead the way for SIUE. Both carded combined scores of 163.

Freshman Ashton Stair, playing in her first tournament, shot 165 to tie for 23^rd. Taylor Rumple tied for 30^th with a 168. Brooks White finished with a 174 to tie for 48^th place.

Loyola's Ann Vrdolyak captured the individual title. She finished with a combined 149.

SIUE travels to Valparaiso, Ind. next week for the Chi-Po Classic.
