At the combination camp, every camper learns new techniques to maximize his potential and is given the opportunity to perfect his techniques.
The morning session will consist of conditioning and technique along with live situations.
The afternoon will consist of conditioning and one hour of technique followed by a 10-team round robin tournament. Each camper will have 9/3-minute matches over Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (3 matches per day)
The evening session will consist of six different activities lasting 90 minutes each. These activities include swimming, strength training, proper dieting and weight gain, canoeing on the lake, and bowling.
This camp will provide campers with an arsenal of wrestling techniques to help them increase their scoring potential.
