A three-time NCAA Division II All-American at SIUE, Robert Seguso twice advanced to the national collegiate stage in singles and once in doubles with partner Ken Flach. The duo was national doubles champions in 1983. After a successful collegiate career, Seguso and Flach teamed to be one of the most successful professional doubles teams in the world. Seguso won four Grand Slam titles as a double player at the U.S. Open in 1985, Wimbledon in 1987, the French Open in 1987, and Wimbledon again in 1988.
