SIUE's Turpin Named All-GLVC

       Heath Turpin, a senior from Swansea, has been named All-Great Lakes Valley Conference by a vote of the league's 11 men's tennis coaches.
       Turpin helped SIUE men's tennis team to a 5-10 record and a sixth-place regular-season and GLVC Tournament finish. As a singles player, Turpin posted a 7-9 record. His doubles record was 4-10.
       Turpin was one of 13 players in the GLVC named All-Conference. Amine Benjelhoun, of Northern Kentucky, was named the Player of the Year. Billy Hopkins, of Northern Kentucky, was named Freshman of the Year.
