Jon Boyer becomes the newest member of the coaching staff. He was a four-year letter winner for the Fort Lewis in Durango, Colo., where he helped the Skyhawks to a Division II national championship in 2005 and the national finals in 2006. He earned a bachelor;s degree in business management from Fort Lewis. An Essex Soccer Academy instructor from 2004 to 2007, Boyer became the Academy Director from 2007-2010 working along side former Arsenal youth soccer coach, Andy McDermid. Boyer, who holds a USSF National "C" Coaching License, also was the Director of Coaching for the Laramie Blizzard Soccer Club from 2007 to 2010.
