Cougars Finish 12th at Indiana

BLOOMINTON, Ind. – SIUE finished 12^th at the NYX Hoosier Invitational completed Sunday at the IU Golf Course. The Cougars finished with a combined 882.

Northwestern won the team title with an 841. IUPUI (852) and Indiana (853) rounded out the top three.

Mitchell Homb led the way for the Cougars. Homb finished with a combined 218 to tie for 25^th place. Alex Knoll tied for 41^st place with a 221. Taylor Cox tied for 53^rd place with a 224. Grant Wynia had a 225 to finish tied for 59^th place. Colin McCarty tied for 61^st with a 226.

Eric Chun, of Northwestern, finished with a nine under par-204 to claim medalist honors.

The Cougars conclude the 2011-2012 season at Ball State's E.Y. Invitational Saturday April 21.
