Homb Earns OVC All Newcomer Honors
SIUE freshman golfer Mitchell Homb (Dixon)has been named to the All-Newcomer Team in the Ohio Valley Conference. The awards were announced Thursday at the OVC Men’s Golf Championships.

SIUE men’s golf finished its 2011-2012 season with a 14th place finish at Ball State’s Earl Yestingsmeier Invitational. The Cougars finished with a combined score of 1170 at the tournament which featured five scoring players.
