EDWARDSVILLE, Ill. - Saturday's scheduled baseball between SIUE and Austin Peay has been cancelled due to rain. Friday's six-inning game becomes final and the Cougars have now won seven in a row.
SIUE, 18-19, was leading 1-0 in the sixth inning when the game was originally suspended due to weather. The two teams were scheduled to resume the game Saturday and then play a double-header to complete the series.
