Red Storm is the organization that represents SIUE Cougar pride, leadership, and unity. We are the symbol that inspires faith in the University, and brings unity between students, athletes, faculty, staff, and fans alike. Our mission is to provide the best home field advantage for our cougar athletics sports teams.

Matt Ehrhardt - Vice President Hometown – Algonquin, IL Your academic major - Pharmacy What unique characteristics do you bring to the team – Never afraid to get rowdy at any SIUE sporting event. What is your greatest personal success – Being a three-sport athlete in high school (soccer, basketball, and lacrosse) What is your favorite SIUE tradition and why – "The Hill" at SIUE soccer games. What is your favorite sport to watch in person – Basketball If you could be any type of animal, what would you be and why – Golden Retriever. They are smart, friendly, and energetic.

Connor Holliday - Secretary Hometown - Riverton, IL Your academic major - Pre-Pharmacy What unique characteristics do you bring to the team - I'm very good at scouting our opponents as a team and as individuals. I like to let them know where they are when they visit our campus. What is your greatest personal success - Being named to the All-Sectional team in high school soccer What is your favorite SIUE tradition and why - The hill at SIUE men's and women's soccer games. It's a great atmopshere and there's a lot of school spirit. What is your favorite sport to watch in person - Soccer If you could be any type of animal, what would you be and why - Liger. It's a mix of a lion and tiger and it's pretty much my favorite animal. |

Pamela Ortiz - Treasurer Hometown – Xenia, IL Your academic major - Spanish What unique characteristics do you bring to the team – Very committed, hard-working, team-oriented, and trustworthy. What is your greatest personal success – Making the dean's list. What is your favorite SIUE tradition and why – Homecoming Week and Welcome Week because of the atmosphere during those weeks and seeing all of the organizations becoming so involved. What is your favorite sport to watch in person – Basketball If you could be any type of animal, what would you be and why – Monkey. I love bananas and they are my favorite animal to see at the zoo.

Matt Hamel - Web Technician Hometown – Winnebago, IL Your academic major - Psychology What unique characteristics do you bring to the team – Passion for SIUE athletics and good ideas to help promote them. What is your greatest personal success – Being the first golfer in my school's history to make it to sectionals. What is your favorite SIUE tradition and why – The hills at SIUE baseball, softball, and soccer games. It is unique and it's kind of our student section at outdoor events. What is your favorite sport to watch in person – Basketball If you could be any type of animal, what would you be and why – Eagle. I've always wanted to fly and the wisdom and vision that eagles have is amazing.
