New Athletics Website Debuts
EDWARDSVILLE, Ill. – The SIUE Department of Athletics is proud to announce the launch of the new-look SIUECougars.com.
The department has entered into a partnership with PrestoSports to provide the new-look site. The new website includes features Cougar fans have come to expect online like game stories, schedules, statistics, photos, and more, in a new layout and design. The site also includes links to all of SIUE’s social media outlets and the online store, shopsiuecougars.com.
“We are excited to debut the new siuecougars.com,” SIUE Sports Information Director Eric Hess said. “We believe the redesign, with the help of PrestoSports, gives us a look and feel that better serves our student-athletes, potential student-athletes, fans, and friends of the program. We have new areas on the website designed to interact with friends and a new live stats platform which includes more sports.”
"PrestoSports is very excited to be partners with the SIUE,” Ted Bardach, Vice President at PrestoSports said. "The Cougars are committed to growing their online presence with fan-friendly features on their new website and PrestoSports is proud to play a part in that growth."
During the transition to the new site, some fans may still see the old site. The full switch can take up to 72 hours to take effect. All fans will see the new SIUECougars.com in a matter of days.
